Acquiring the internaline A gene from Listeria monocytogenes st. EDG-e genome

Tasks:

  • Transformation of competent E.coli strain TopF' with ligation.
  • Plating ligation on LB+X-Gal+IPTG+Amp plates and leaving for incubation in 37C degree.


Assembly of fusion proteins

  • Prepare the bacterial cultures for isolation of following construct:
    • mitochondrial signal peptide from Cox CDS on pKSII plasmid

  • isolation of previously described construct
