-Received Sigma shipment of tubes, reagents, and restriction enzymes

-Made TAE buffer for electrophoresis gels

-Ran PCR-amplified biobrick parts (from yesterday) on 0.8% agarose gel, to check size

-Visualized gel

-Gel layout:

Lane 1 (from left): 1 kb ladder
