Extraction Photometry: good results (quantity and purity level).

A gel was made: there is having a problem with ethidium bromide because it has been almost no color (same scale).

  • Transformation of "A" (Tube1-Tube2) and B (Tube9-Tube10).
  • Culture on dish, on medium with and without lactose.
  • Liquid culture was also made
  • The ligations PRR4-GHT were divided into 2 (addition of IPTG in a tube).
