  • Extraction of plasmid bacteria transformed with the ligation T9-T10 followed by ligation of the T9-T10 with T5. This construction allows us to test the system 2.
  • Extraction and ligation of quorum sensing constructions.
  • Change the plasmid containing GFP (In order to double transformation).
