Lab
hfsH : plasmids have been extracted and digested by EcoRI and PstI. The photo below confirms the presence of our plasmids throught the use of an agarose gel electrophoresis. A preparation with glycerol has also been made.
hfsH & RBS : Growing colonies have been placed in liquid culture with agitation at 37°C.
