hfsG and RBS plasmids have been extracted and digested. A gel migration and a photometry analysis were realised and gave good results.
A preparation of hfsG with glycerol has been made.
Ligations
ccdA : One colony grew for forward and was transfered in a liquid culture. No colony grew for reverse.
promoter + RBS + RFP : Six colonies grew and were tranplanted.
