Results for the deletion program after running on a gel :
- we get a band for the hfsG gene with DMSO. Parasite bands are very light.
- hfsH gene: still lots of parasite bands…
Discussion on the PCR programs.
Maybe we should increase the annealing temperature or dilute the mix hfsH gene with DMSO ?
Gradient PCR on promoter : 44 to 56°C
