Results of transformations:

5 of 8 transformations have grown. 2 of 8 transformations have only given some colonies.

Transformation of bacteria with the brick P01552.

The R0011 promoter inducible at IPTG is very strong and auto-induces naturally, we will choose another less strong inducible promoter for the arabinose.

Transformed ligations done on the 3th september
