People in the lab will live at the rythm of the bacteria this week end :)
Wet Lab
We transformed competent bacteria (DH5-alpha) with our different ligation products from the previous day:
- neg control with vector only (Chl.)
- neg control without any DNA (Amp.)
- LacI-RBS from the gel extraction (Amp.)
- LacI-RBS not gel-extracted (Amp.)
- LacI-RBS-death cassette (Chl.)
The bacteria were left to grow overnight at 37°C on the LB-agar plates.
