Wet Lab
Cultures
25ml of each of the following one with LB and antibiotic:
- Read out 2 (RO2) #4
- RO2 #5
- RO2 #10
-> cells were taken from the plates
Cells were then incubated at 37°C during approx 3h, we then measured their optical density (OD). These are the results:
- #4 : 0.14
- #5 : 0.08
- #10 : 0.14
They are all stored in the fridge at 4°C
Cultures overnight for miniprep the next morning, to send the plasmid for sequencing.
- 3x5ml LacI-RBS #2
- 3x5ml LacI-RBS #5
- 3x5ml LacI-RBS #7
- 3x5ml Read out 2 #5
- 3x5ml LovTap-term #5
- 3x5ml BB1 (LT 1.6-LR 5 (PCR) n°13)
- 3x5ml BB3 (LT 2.2-LR 2 (PCR) n°2)
- 3x5ml BB5 (LT 2.12-LR 7 (PCR) n°1)
- 3x5ml BB6 (LT 1.6-LR 7 n°2)
