  • Midi on RcsB pst1
  • Midi on PAH
  • Mini's (x12) on OP 1-6 and OP+His 1-6
  • Restriction Digest on Dam New 1-8 as sequencing failed 1st time round - think the wrong DNA was sent.
  • Midi culture set off overnight for CRP-RBS+AK3 colony 1 from replica plate 17/9/09. Results from sequencing were incorrectly interpreted so wrong colony was picked.
  • Housekeeping - tips (all sizes), 1.5ml epis, 2ml epis, and pcr tubes sent to autoclave.
