Incubated for 30min @ ice, 5min @ 37dg, 5min @ ice.
800ul LB was added, and in glass tubes they were incubated (while shaking) in 37dg waterbath.
900ul was plated on LBA-Amp[100ug/ml].
O/n the plates were incubated @ 37dg.
