PCR

The yqiT gene was PCR amplified from pLacI-yqiT-dterm (miniprepped on 9/7) using the following primers:

yqiT fwd: agcccgtgtagtactgtagagtt
yqiT rev: agggatgtttgccagtcgtaattag

using PCR program 1 and Ex-taq.

Sequencing
