First polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on the lambda phage D protein.
Cycle:
Hot-Start : 94°C, 2 minutes.
DNA denaturation : 94°C, 1 minute.
Primers annealing : 59°C, 1 minute.
Primers extension : 72°C, 1 minute.
D protein electrophoresis.
