Team Meeting
Choose which logo to use.
Decide which dates to fly in and out of the conference.
Decide where to put the lab keys, notebooks and camera.
Make sure we use the whiteboard to communicate to each other. Use the postgrad students room rather than the tearoom for writing in lab books etc.
Figure out how to register, and pay registration costs for the conference.
