Transformation results

We had a lot of colonies for RPRAT from yesterdays transformation, a validation PCR for thsi were performed together with a Phusion PCR for RBS-PirA, RBS-PirB-T, pPetE-RBS and RBS to amplify the amount of construct due to low concentrations in the plasmid preps and PCR products available.
