14:30 Take bacteria out from warm room (37℃)
15:15 Sub-culture in warm room (37℃) for 100min, until OD~0.4-0.5.
3mL LB Broth+60μL bacteria+3μL A++3μL C+
16:55 take bacteria out from warm room
Due to the time problem of autoclave, no swimming plates could be prepared, so I will do the whole “culture” thing next time.
