LB Growth Media

  • 1L dH20
  • 10g NaCl
  • 5g yeast extract
  • 10g Bacto-tryptone

If you are planning on adding an antibiotic add them after the media has cooled to around 50 degrees or less. Label each container of media. Example: "LB+AMP 100ug/mL 6/10/09".
