Measurement of Receiver's Responce by AHL concentration (1)
- Making AHL water solution
We made 1 μM, 10 μM, 1 mM AHL water solution from 100 mM AHL water solution.
- Making plates
Using each concentration of AHL water solutions which made ealier, we made two plates per the concentration.
- prior culture
We did prior culture using glycerol stock(BW25113, ΔTdk,pCIA3-LuxR,pLux-GFP) .
