- Conc: 17.8ng/ul and 33.3ng/ul, respectively
- Digest of above (E,P)
- Gel:
- New PCR to HA to ABP again
- Temps: 54C for 6 cycles for overlap part to bind, then 60C for 24 cycles (calculated salt-adjusted temp for long primer is 87C, shorter one is 63C)
