M9 Minimal Media 750 ml Sterile H2O 200ml Sterile 5x M9 salts 1 liter of H2O 64 grams Na2HPO47H2O 15 grams KH2PO4 2.5 grams NaCl 5.0 grams NH4Cl Add all the salts into H2O and autoclave solution 2 ml of Sterile 1 M MgSO4 20 ml Sterile 20% glycerol solution 0.1 ml Sterile 1 M CaCl2 Add all the parts of media together in a sterile environment.
