*Making AHL water solution
We made 1 &mu;M, 10 &mu;M, 1 mM AHL water solution from 100 mM AHL water solution.


*Making plates
Using each concentration of AHL water solutions which made ealier, we made two plates per the concentration. 


*prior culture
We did prior culture using glycerol stock(BW25113, &Delta;Tdk,pCIA3-LuxR,pLux-GFP) .
