We have tried our protocol using the fluoriscense microscope. We obtained some interesting results, but finally they were only artifacts. It seems like the the microscope is a good option to "see" our yeasts.

RESULTS!!!! Finally!!!! We have used a luminometer and interesting results were obtained. We have been able to repeat Arinyo's experiment and have also worked with the repeativity of the system. Controls confirm our hypothesis.

MORE RESULTS!!! AND THESE ARE EVEN GREATER!!!
We have obtained light form our modified yeasts by an electrical shock imput. We have to do the experiments with controls (H2O, Medium without cells and Medium with cells lacking coelenterazine). We have also characterized and optimized the alkali shock light-response.

Experiments with controls are ok. We can now say we have obtained light from our yeasts using an electrical imput, we finally have created our cell-pixels. Our cells can produce light more than one more time, but we still have to optimize the process (basically, time and voltage).
