hey guys~ i'm here to present myself as a member of the [[Team:SJTU-BioX-Shanghai|Team SJTU-BioX-Shanghai (iGEM 2009)]]. i'm a third-year undergraduate from [http://www.sjtu.edu.cn Shanghai Jiao Tong University], and major in biotechnology and biological engineering. during the summer vacation we as a team practised most of our experiments and had really great fun together. what i wanna say about synthetic biology is "woa, what a fantastic discipline it is! maybe someday we can just design and manufacture artificial living organisms simply like we manufacturing cars and planes today, and the world then, from the empyreal crystal to the navy blue, from bare deserts to skyscraping cities, will be in harmony of both humans and various unimaginative animals and plants! i'd very much like to be a 'life enigneer' if this becomes true. lol."
