  • Two modelling teams met up to talk about the constants and k values.

Transformation and Plating of R0040-I13502 and Cupcake Party!

  • This afternoon I performed Antarctic Phosphotase and Ligation on the restriction digest of R0040-I13502 fom yesterday. I then transformed into TOP10 competant cells and plated on A plates and left in the incubator for overnight growth.
  • This evening I had a cupcake party with Jamie, making chocolate and Vanilla cupcakes for our 4th iGEM bake sale tomorrow.
