- プレ培養(予備実験)/prior culture(exploratory experiment)
使った培地：Amp耐性、液体/medium:liquid culture medium antibiotic:Amp
この溶液50 mLを遠心管にとり、更に抗生物質(Cm)を50 μLを加え、Amp-Cm液体培地とした。/We took this medium to centrifuging tube 50 mL and added antibiotic(Cm) 50 uL.
これを試験管に2 mLとり、グリセロールストック(BW25113株、Δtdk、pcIA3-LuxR、pLux-GFP)を添加し37℃で振とうした。(21:40-)/Then we transferred the medium to test tube 2 mL and added glycerol stock(BW25113, ΔTdk,pCIA3-LuxR,pLux-GFP) then started shake culture at 37 degrees Celsius.
