Extracting DNA from the Registry

  1. Pipette 10ul of ddH2O into the relavent registry well and mix by pipetting up and down.
  2. Leave the water in the well for 30 seconds and transfer to a sterile Eppendorf tube.
  3. Note, extracted DNA should appear red
