Chen Yan(陈彦)
Core experimental member in Team SJTU-BioX-Shanghai (iGEM 2009).
I am Yolanda Chen from the school of life science and biotechnology, [http://www.sjtu.edu.cn/english/index/index.htm SJTU]. I study biotechnology and bioengineering. Ideally, I want to research into ecology, marine biology and virology and working at the interface between practitioners and scientific researchers.
My work in our team: come up with tremendous crazy ideas in brainstorming. Imagination is one of my nature :).
My interests include traveling (an eco-travel is my cup of tea), drawing (I am an amateur:) ) , DIY handcrafts(not professional either) ,shopping and watching movies.
