checked overweekend culture of RFP generator - red, as expected
started overnight cultures of the 4 parts successfully rehydrated last week. B0015 Amp/Kan, J06504 Amp, R0051 Amp, B0034 Amp.
Interestingly, the log phase RFP generator culture in the fridge still doesn't show any pigmentation, so it looks like at 4 degrees it most likely never will. Since the stationary phase culture showed pigmentation I presumed that it was active and uncontaminated, though.
