The plasmid of J23110 has been isolated from the liquid culture. The glycerol stock strain containing K145201 has been plated.

The glycerol stock strain containing K145015 has been plated. The key+terminator sequence, the Lock sequence and the Antikey+terminator sequence have all been ordered at GeneArt.
