Tri-Parental Mating
To prepare for the moving of constructs to synecocytis we prepared digestions of the shuttle vector.
Digestion of the antisense RNA constructs with (P+T) for ligation into the shuttle vector, pSB1AXK.
Plasmid prep
Plasmid preps were performed for the constructs,
RPRYT 1 RPRAT 3 RPRYT 3 PRKRYT 5 PRPRAT 1 PRPRAT 3 PRKRYT 2 RPRAT 5
The concentration varied between 400-80 µg/ml
