A kinetic growth study and fluorescence measurement at the end of the total incubation (chloroform and later PBS) is done with mbla, clpb and DH5α strains. The concentrations of chloroform proved are: 0 μM, 7 μM, 33.5 μM, 84μM, 100 μM, 167.5 μM and 300 μM.
