- Making AHL water solution
We made 1 μM, 10 νM, 1 mM AHL water solution from 100 mM AHL water solution.
- Making plates
Using each concentration of AHL water solutions which made ealier, we made two plates per the concentration.

BW25113株（ΔTdk, pCIA3-LuxR, plux-GFP, Amp-Cm）をプレ培した。
