OD calibration
- Carried out 10-4 and 10-6 dilutions
- Carried out on ice
- Used 3 OD values: 1, 0.7 and 0.4
- Conclusions:
- Too many colonies on 10-4, too few on 10-6, 10-5 seems to be the most appropriate
- Suggestions:
- Dilute using factors: 10-4, 10-5 and 10-6 with 100uL inoculation
