Transformation from registry plates

Top 10 cells from rack 10 (-80C)

Thaw on ice for 30 minutes Re-suspend DNA in 15µl of dH20 Add 1µl of DNA to TOP10 µl stir gently Let sit for 30min (I just did for 10min)

Put on SOC @ RT for 60min (Just did this for 5min; not so good idea with kan or ch as selective antibiotic but amp works fine) Transfer to plate or liquid culture
