DNA resuspension from iGEM 2009 plates

(Estimated time: 30 min)

Materials needed:

  • iGEM 2009 plates
  • PC with internet connection :-)
  • ddH20
  • 0.5 ml sterile Eppendorf tubes


  • Find the correct position of the desired DNA from the iGEM 2009 plates
  • Resuspend with ddH20 and transfer in an Eppendorf tubes
  • Store at -20°C
