Watching that the rate of GFP synthesis doesn’t change in concordance to the increasing in chloroform concentration, we decided to enlarge our concentration range. Could be possible that our system would not be sensitive in the range of concentrations where we were working? To answer this question we do experiments with chloroform concentrations over 1000 μM.
