Group meeting

Today we had a group meeting for everybody involved in the project. A lot of things were discussed and the simulation part of the project has now been started. :-) Together with this a final plan for assembly of constructs was decided upon. Including a shuffling method in assembly of the antisense-RNA constructs (we will come back to this later with more information).

Colony PCR
