Wet Lab

  • Results of the RO1:

There is clones on every plate!

→ colony PCR on all clones with th eTaq Platinium protocol


  • Results from the media try:

All media have worked! (except for the SC) They have different colors depending on media and clone after an overnight culture.

We tried the following media, with and withour Trp :

The gel showed :

RO1: it works fine, all our constructs have the TrpO
RO2: #6 and #7 do not have the construct (we took the wrong clones), while #8 seems to have the construct!
