In addition to successfully designing, characterising and entering our sporulation tuning kinA BioBrick (BBa_K174011) in the parts registry, we improved an existing BioBrick part (BBa_K090501) rendering it tightly regulated. Futhermore, we also helped the UQ-Australia iGEM2009 team by modelling their system and we designed and entrered 18 other BioBrick part and device ranking from a degradation controller system to a tightly regulatred metal sensing promoter.

Judging Comments
