Parts
For this part we are going to use the plasmid backbone pSB2K3
The promoter pBAd used was found in the parts registry BBa_K11309. We used the Ptet repressor BBa_ROO40 as wel as the coding sequence for the TetR protein BBa_COO40.
The double terminator BBa_B0014 was found in the parts registry as well.
