Testing
pH and protective effects of Colanic Acid 18th Sep
Protocol considerations
- The cells were grown for a day in medium containing FPA- presumably coated with colanic acid
- Solutions of pH 1, 2, 3, 4 and water were prepared
- Make 96 well plate layout
- 200ul of each solution used as blank
- 150ul of each solution added first, then 50ul of cells were added. Try to make addition of cells as close together in time as possible
- Immediately placed in plate reader- using script pHTop10 180909x2 (3 min measurement intervals)
