Miniprepped E0840, and K115020.

We have no epi's left for minipreps so I don't want to start broth cultures for the new assemblies till Monday night so that we can have some ready for Tues. Although at this point there's still nothing on the plates(K235030 Kan, K235030 Chl, and K235031 Chl.)... but it's only been a few hours, I'll be back to check on them tonight.
