Epi's put in for autoclaving, I'll be back at 12.30pm to do minipreps and likely a gel, possibly assemblies.

Bands for everything! I'm going ahead with the next assemblies: K235032 Kan, 33 Kan, 36 Kan, and 37 Chl.

I will also transform new cultures of J04630 Kan and K235005 Chl to use as controls when testing for flouresence.
