  • My job in this hot July is to design a series of PCR-primer biobricks. Today, I keep on reading the C codes of Primer3 trying to make clear its whole structure and understand several of its important functions. Another thing is, I finished writing the function to produce the random-primer pool this morning. To write codes following your own thought is much better than reading others' codes, which is such a tough job as I have felt those days.
  • I am planning to challenge to change some functions in Primer3 to fit our own purpose tomorrow: }
