Evaluating in e.coli

The colony PCR from yesterday were run on a gel for evaluation and the result was that we had inserts of the correct length for ePRPRAT and ePRPRYT but not for ePRPRAT.


Various

BG-11 plates with kanamycin and without CuSO4 were also made for triparental mating.
