Today the following transformations were made.
(1) RBS-PirA + RBS-PirB-T to AK
(2) pPetE-RBS + PRYT to AC
(3) RBS + PRYT to AC
(4) RPRA + T to AK
(5) PRPRA + T to AC
(6) pPetE + RKRYT to AK
Transformations were plated at 18:20 awaiting evaluation tomorrow.
