Check for further transformed colonies
Plates from the transformation from Friday were checked for further colonies. Unfortunately none were observed.
Preparation of new vectors (pSB1A3, pSB1AC3, pSB1AK3)
10µl of resuspendend frozen E. Coli glycerol stocks carrying the specific vector were inoculated in 5ml LB and incoculated at 37°C and 250 RPM.
