  • Overnight Cultures had growth
    • promoter cultures showed no signs of RFP florescence, so they will be reinoculated for another day or so
  • Cryogenic stocks were still prepared of promoters J23113, J23116, R0011, and NEB10β seed stock

  • Miniprep will be held off until parts express RFP to indicate the presence of the desired plasmid
  • Electrocompetency was done
  • LB and LB+Agar was made
  • 10% Glycerol was made
