1. Electroporation of GB2005 cells have been done with DNA.
6th August
1. The plasmids containing RFP, GFP are visible under fluorescent microscope but the YFP and CFP constructs are not. So we continue with the plasmids pTetGFP, pTetmRFP, prom T7GFP, prpm T7Luc, pRedFlp(Rha Red-αβγ-tetFlp), pSC101-RhaFlp-Tet-Red-αβγ.
2. pTemRFP, promoter is visible after overnight incubation and also pTetGFP.
